I purchased this product based on reviews for my Sony PS2. It wasn't that easy to set up. I have a D-Link DI-713P wireless router and they are practically incompatible. The installation disk did not go past the initial screen. I contacted support after almost an hour of waiting. When I finally spoke to someone and said I was using a D-Link wireless router, they told me they weren't sure if they could help. You were right. They found that my bridge was defective. I was skeptical but bought another one. That won't work either. I called customer service and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes. We changed the bridge IP address and was told that would fix the problem. When I connected it to the PS2, I couldn't access the game server. I finally had a computer science friend who got it up and running in about an hour. He made the original work. It wasn't broken. A week later it didn't work again and I sent it back. Ordered D-Link DWL-810+. I received it today and I got it working in about 10 minutes. I think the moral of the story is get the same brand of bridge as the router. I don't think Sony will help either. When I told them I was connected to a wireless network, they told me it's not supported, but it works, and it works great.
