Great Product With Amazing Customer Service

The best way to get a sense of what your users are doing is to put in some time to understand the interface. I was able to quickly build up my knowledge of the software and how it works. It's not something you can pick up right away. You'll need to spend time getting familiar with the tool, but once you do, it will be easy to learn everything you need for the job. If you're looking for a quick solution for data visualization, this may not be the best fit. There are other tools out there. However, if you want to focus on more complex solutions or just want to have access to some great data visualization options, give OmniPanel a try. We use Omnipanel to visualize several different types of customer support issues. It allows us to see which parts of our service.

Pros
  • This product provides an efficient & simple means o fusing multiple disparate datasources such as call logs (with agent comments), tickets etc., together into one place so that they both work like any regular record keeping system where actions taken by agents/adventurers show correctly across all associated datasets no manual merging required! Superb UI
