Great tool that helps identify customer experience challenges

The ability to search through all ticket types for patterns of issues within our customers' products. It's nice being able to get this kind of information quickly without having to spend time looking at multiple pages in each system. I wish we could export these reports into something more useful like an Excel file or CSV so it was easier to create graphs with them using tools such as Tableau. We use Omnipanel primarily to gain insight into what problems are causing users to leave us as well…

  • Also great documentation online that is easy enough read even if you have no experience working here before; also helpful phone demos available from their sales team whenever needed!

Great way at tracking customer support issues

The speed which it processes tickets! It's really great to be able to monitor so many tickets in such a quick manner. I wish that you could see what's new for your account as compared to the last time you checked (say a week ago). And being able to have the latest tickets highlighted makes it easy to go through a particular account or ticket that's been assigned to me. Nothing. Easy to create beautiful dashboards with great visuals

That it's easy to create dashboards with great visuals;The flexibility in terms of metrics you can easily track for your organization (such as number or volume);Great integrations like Zapier which let me connect Omnipanel directly into my CRM software such Zendesk / Slack etc.; It allows us to visualize all our feedbacks so we know exactly who needs help/who doesn't need any attention anymore - this makes decision-making much easier at work! Omnicast is amazing, easy tool and great support

The team at omni panel are always willing to help out with questions or concerns about product features. They will also send you samples of new updates before they go live so it's nice knowing what your customers can expect in advance! Nothing really as I haven't ran into anything yet but maybe there has been something since we have only had our account for 7 months now? Great tool with lots room improvement

I like that OmniPanel provides easy access to ticketing data. It's also very intuitive for users who are new to OmniPanel. The interface is simple and easy to use. I wish there was more flexibility in terms of what types of questions you could ask. For example, it would be great if you could ask about a specific product or service rather than just asking about the overall experience. Also, I wish the reports were more customizable so you could see which questions tend to get answered most…

Great Product With Amazing Customer Service

The best way to get a sense of what your users are doing is to put in some time to understand the interface. I was able to quickly build up my knowledge of the software and how it works. It's not something you can pick up right away. You'll need to spend time getting familiar with the tool, but once you do, it will be easy to learn everything you need for the job. If you're looking for a quick solution for data visualization, this may not be the best fit. There are other tools out there…
