I like that OmniPanel provides easy access to ticketing data. It's also very intuitive for users who are new to OmniPanel. The interface is simple and easy to use. I wish there was more flexibility in terms of what types of questions you could ask. For example, it would be great if you could ask about a specific product or service rather than just asking about the overall experience. Also, I wish the reports were more customizable so you could see which questions tend to get answered most frequently. We're able to track trends in our tickets and then make changes to improve the customer experience.
