The ability to search through all ticket types for patterns of issues within our customers' products. It's nice being able to get this kind of information quickly without having to spend time looking at multiple pages in each system. I wish we could export these reports into something more useful like an Excel file or CSV so it was easier to create graphs with them using tools such as Tableau. We use Omnipanel primarily to gain insight into what problems are causing users to leave us as well as which product features people love/hate.
