Can't really say this is a good baby walker as I bought it for my nephew who is too young to walk. However, at the moment he loves to stand and prefers to be physically held by someone rather than just stepping into the toy to do so - he is a very special kid. to keep it up. I was a little worried it wouldn't fit him as he's not yet of walking age, but it's quite adjustable and even includes a padded bib holder. The material is soft and doesn't seem to bother him and it clips on easily. The bar you're holding is light but strong and can be made of hollow plastic or even aluminum. This is a great and really great purchase for our specific needs.
