I bought this headset because I needed to make some phone calls with Google Voice and some video conferences with Microsoft Teams. In Windows 10, both apps were plug-and-play. The sound quality is excellent. What I don't like is that the headset covers both ears, so you can't hear local noise (perhaps a benefit in a busy office, but not that important if you're working from home) and the fact that the microphone boom it's made of hard plastic, so it makes a noise if you accidentally hit it with a cup of coffee while trying to take a sip during an endless phone call.
