These are sturdy, thick and well made stainless steel cookie trays. Very bright and shiny. They are very easy to clean with soap and water. Can be washed in the dishwasher. I bought a new (large) toaster that didn't have cookie sheets so they fit perfectly. The only downside I can tell you is that when I put the pans in the oven and they reach a temperature of say 350 degrees or so, you can hear the pan "pop" from across the kitchen . When I go to check, the baking sheet looks like wompie...crooked. One side folds up, the other folds down. Food is still cooked the same way, and here's the amazing thing...once cooled, they revert to their usual flat, rectangular size and shape. who knew I hope that they will be resurrected after each culinary event, but at this point I don't know. If they remain crooked, they are of little use. I will update my review after a few months of use.
