Nice, sturdy little baking sheets. I received three of these a few weeks ago and found myself using them so much that I've ordered more. The material is well made, heavy sheet metal. These are sturdy, thick and well made stainless steel cookie trays. Very bright and shiny. They are very easy to clean with soap and water. Can be washed in the dishwasher. I bought a new (large) toaster that didn't have cookie sheets so they fit perfectly. The only downside I can tell you is that when I put the pans in the oven and they reach a temperature of say 350 degrees or so, you can hear the pan "pop" from across the kitchen . I bought it to use and abuse it. I assume that over time they will lose their luster, shine and overall "new" look. I want something I can stick food on, use and abuse, and not worry about shelf life. This is compliant. I expect to use them for many years, they are very durable.
