I've had this for a few months now and it's holding up well. It's full and foams well. It's a bit stiffer than some of my previous brushes, but I've never had a silver-tipped comparison brush. Most importantly, it's not bad for shedding. I lose a hair or two every few uses. For the price compared to others I think it's great. I give it 4 stars for spilling but that's not a problem for me. UPDATE January 2017; He hardly sheds, and now he practically does not shed.
