Review on AGPtEK Noise Cancelling Corded Headset: Crystal Clear Hands-Free Call Center Solution with 4-Pin RJ9 Compatibility by Justin Santiago

This review reflects a model purchased in March 2017: --------------------- - -- ------------- ----- Pros: My hands were free to type, the mic stayed in place, the plastic arm holding the mic was flexible and very durable. I really liked the fact that I can set it up so easily and be sure it won't slip. Good sound quality from the speaker. Cons: It was a bit pricey for my liking, the materials felt cheap, and it was a little uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time in my opinion. hours, it was too small and therefore felt awkwardly on my ear. Heavily slipped from the ear, had to be constantly corrected. The metal headband was unformed and didn't fit properly, there was always a feeling that the headset would fall off. If I try to tilt my head down to look at the floor, it falls off. Something strange in the voice recording in the headset. Every once in a while I would play my calls and hear an echo and sometimes clients would complain about it. Maybe the mic picked up sound from the speaker, or maybe I had a shaky headset, I never found what the problem or solution was. The cable was too short and stiff and could not be bent or manipulated to fit properly on the table, this resulted in the 'remote' on the cable being upside down! I even went so far as to use a piece of tape to hold the cable in place. -- - -[Edited] After giving my two star rating due to these minor annoyances, customer service contacted me and offered a full refund with no refund required. They also thanked me for my review as it was helpful for them to make updates to the headset. I have changed my rating to 4 stars due to their excellent customer relationship and confidence in the model being updated. I hope they will address these issues.
