Game changer in my kitchen
I discovered this item on a chocolate making class. This is one of those items I never knew I needed. Reusable, flexible, high temperature resistant, with easy to read size chart on the side. I mainly use it for pouring pancake or chocolate batter. One of the best things about it is the clean up after making chocolate, which is my least favorite part of making chocolate. Allow the chocolate to cool and harden inside, then peel or bend the silicone and the chocolate will pop out instantly! Much easier to clean than a glass measuring cup.
