The staff at WG are very attentive & professional in every way! They make you feel welcome even if it's only for an hour or two during set-up/breakdown time (it was my first ever gala).

And they always take care not just of our guests but also their own employees who work hard all week long setting up each weekend as well as packing everything away after we've been there several days straight!! I do wish some things could be more automated - like having someone help us load tables when needed instead of me doing so myself. But overall this has really helped grow both attendance AND revenue since implementing them last fall through December 2018 -- which makes sense because people want easy ways to give back without spending hours working fundraising efforts themselves.
