The most helpful thing about this agency has been their constant communication, both in person as well through text messages/emails which have helped us make our decision process easier by having all information at one place! The ability to have a professional staff that was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful in solving our issues. They were always available when we needed them. I would say they are excellent at finding you what you need for your organization. Some things I disliked were the amount of time it took to get an issue resolved.
