I would say the best feature is the ability for our support team to send a customer video or photo to their customer directly through WhatsApp. This has helped us in resolving customer problems on the go. The only problem I have faced is that sometimes when customer is on WhatsApp and I ask that they send me a screenshot or video or photo to my number on WhatsApp, it sometimes doesn't work. I like that they take care of everything from initial contact until after it's implemented - no need to worry about billing or ongoing support once you sign up. They are very responsive when there is an issue but also seem genuinely interested in helping us grow our business by providing additional value-added services beyond what was initially asked for/explained during onboarding. Great and easy to navigate software with excellent customer support

The team has been very helpful in providing us many useful tips that helped improve our business processes which is extremely important when it comes time deciding what platform you should use or not as there are soooo much options available! The team is incredibly knowledgeable about what they are doing and always up front in providing you with clear recommendations at each stage. A bit slow and expensive, plus not enough customer support

I like how they have multiple options when it comes to choosing what you need from them. You don't just pick one thing that you think is good but instead you choose several things at once so you know exactly what you're getting into before you sign up. There are some downsides though. Sometimes there's too much going on in my email which makes it hard to find something specific. Also sometimes it takes awhile to actually receive an answer after sending an inquiry. This Platform Has Come Along Way In Terms of User Friendliness

I like that it's easy enough for our employees who are not very tech savvy at first glance but have used other platforms in the past to understand how they work without having to spend time learning new features or troubleshooting issues. The UI is also really nice even if you're just starting off as an admin.
