Excellent Time Management Software - Would recommend

I like how they have all these different tools to help us track our numbers in each stage as well! They also give you multiple ways within those stages for your team member if he/she needs assistance with something specific or just wants some guidance throughout his day at work. There's not much i disliked about it but maybe its because my account manager was gone when we got them first so she can't really answer questions from me since then haha :D You should try out this software though!! Overall great tool especially considering its free version

The most useful feature for me has been being able to track my account information in one place instead off having several separate programs/apps open at once (Salesforce or Google Sheets). It does not have as many features compared with other similar software but I think it's because they didn't want too much competition from another program like this so maybe there will be future updates! Having everything about an Account all together makes keeping up more efficient when speaking directly…

Excellent Learning Management System

I like how easily you can create courses with it and then have them emailed to students for easy access later! Can't think of anything at this time as everything was great. It's expensive compared to other platforms but has many features. If you're looking into creating online classes or lessons for your employees this would be an excellent platform to use. The ability to send out assignments immediately helps keep my staff busy during work hours while also keeping everyone informed about our

Great product and easy-to follow support

The ability to create different templates for our reps to use in presentations or one off meetings with clients was very useful. I would have liked more options within each template as well - sometimes we needed two versions! Also not being able to import data from other programs like Pipedrive meant there were times when it wasn't ideal to do this all via email. Having someone who could help us set up the program so that we had everything setup correctly at first go made things easier too.…

Excellent Customer Service & Platform

The ability to track our team's progress across multiple channels (email, phone, webinars). The platform is easy to use and well designed. It can be somewhat clunky at times and difficult to navigate. I'd like more flexibility in terms of how we handle our calls - but that's nitpicking! There's nothing I dislike about Salesworks. They're very quick to respond to any questions or help you with your needs. And they provide some really great customer support. We need to be able to track our leads…

Has all kinds of features that are helpful

The dashboard view can be very useful to see where your team needs support with different aspects of selling. It's easy for staff who do not have previous marketing or management skills in business development to get into the game. There isn't enough variety available for those looking at a career change.
