I like that it's easy enough for our employees who are not very tech savvy at first glance but have used other platforms in the past to understand how they work without having to spend time learning new features or troubleshooting issues. The UI is also really nice even if you're just starting off as an admin. Sometimes when there has been an update it takes some tinkering before everything looks right again after doing so many updates along side eachother. It would be great if more people were familiarized about this platform and what exactly its benefits could bring to businesses. As far as business problems go, OSCA solved them by helping us create processes and procedures which helped improve customer service and efficiency across multiple departments within my employer.
