I would say the best feature is the ability for our support team to send a customer video or photo to their customer directly through WhatsApp. This has helped us in resolving customer problems on the go. The only problem I have faced is that sometimes when customer is on WhatsApp and I ask that they send me a screenshot or video or photo to my number on WhatsApp, it sometimes doesn't work. I have not found any other problems. It is a user friendly app and easy to use. Since it is user friendly, I feel we are able to provide a friendly environment to our customers. AskOsca has been an amazing partner for our organization. They have been very responsive and are always willing to help. They are very knowledgeable and have a great team. They have been very flexible and have been able to adapt to our needs. I would highly recommend AskOsca. We have been able to scale our team quickly and effectively. We have been able to utilize our best talent in a very cost effective way.
