I like that they take care of everything from initial contact until after it's implemented - no need to worry about billing or ongoing support once you sign up. They are very responsive when there is an issue but also seem genuinely interested in helping us grow our business by providing additional value-added services beyond what was initially asked for/explained during onboarding. There isn't much else at this time other than the fact that implementation took longer than expected due to some backend issues which were not addressed quickly enough. It might be worth trying them if you're considering outsourcing certain functions within customer service departments.
