The most helpful thing about this agency has been their constant communication, both in person as well through text messages/emails which have helped us make our decision process easier by having all information at one place! Nothing really - there were many times where we had some questions but they didn't answer them for days or weeks after contacting him again (and it wasn’t even something related directly back into his job!).
