Mine was DOA. But the customer service was amazing. The best and easiest process. First, the processor fan turned on, but slowly, and the indicators on the box lit up. But that's it. So I turned it off and checked all the cords and wires to make sure they were secure. I turned it back on and nothing happened. No light, nothing. I tried using a very old 200w power supply. He could turn on the mobile device and the fan one after the other. The EVGA power supply I had wouldn't turn on anything after that. Then I tried to reconnect the power cord of the PSU. Same result. Called EVGA and they were amazing and helpful. The best experience despite my great disappointment. I was assembling my computer for payday for 6 months and all the parts were assembled only to encounter a dead PSU. If you are buying computer parts and need a case warranty.
