I have been working at finroc for about 2 years now in various capacities such has an account manager/manager who is also my boss (which can be hard sometimes). They are very helpful when it comes time do due diligence or deal structuring but they tend not take credit cards which makes me wish that was more common practice amongst other firms out there right? But overall i would say its still one their best practices so far! We use them mostly just because we're small startup companies trying our hardest build something great without much money behind us yet :) The team at Finro has been very helpful in our journey towards becoming a public company. They are always available for questions or concerns. It is hard to find a bad thing about this firm. I would highly recommend them! We have used their services for assistance with various things including diligence, board presentations, due diligence, and general consulting.
