It worked for a few months of regular use.
A case of "you get what you pay for." I love the 6' length. I have one at my bedside, one at my couchside, and one that I use regularly for work, but the well-used one seemed to slow down dramatically after about 6 mos, and now doesn't work at all. it actually seems to DRAIN my battery if it's connected. I can't tell if it's an issue of the connector (which seems to snap correctly into place & doesn't have any visually obvious damage) or the flexible wire cord that's internally damaged (again, no external/visible damage).
- I loved the length and it stands up to a tough boy
- The charging speed may decrease over time
