Great value whistle, sharp and dangerous "ring" guarantees harm to all children and select adults. I took them off (easy, they suck, just pull) and tied the cord straight. Nefew had a blast annoying his parents with loud noises and had enough whistles to hide around the house to ensure the "fun" continued randomly for a long time.
