Perfect for my Scout meeting! The kids loved them! Lots of colors to choose from and they're not cheap plastic, they're nice shiny metal. They should last for years!

Perfect for my Brownie Girl Scout Emergency Kits. The string itself holding the whistle seems quite fragile, but the whistle is loud enough for what we need and the metal makes it strong.

Makes a whistling sound when you blow into it. My daughter carries them around to annoy us but it's our fault we bought them. If you want a whistle (or 12) that works but isn't heavy metal, I'd go for this one.

Required for the Boy Scout hiking kit. The lanyard is good, the sound is loud. Not very Heavy Metal but they're ok. they are individually wrapped in a quarter sheet of plastic. The price is reasonable. In general, a very successful purchase.

They are brilliant, they work and the kids loved them for about 5 minutes. They are fine for occasional use. If you need something permanent, look for something more expensive. Great value whistle, sharp and dangerous "ring" guarantees harm to all children and select adults. I took them off (easy, they suck, just pull) and tied the cord straight. Nefew had a blast annoying his parents with loud noises and had enough whistles to hide around the house to ensure the "fun" continued randomly for a long time. To protect your hearing organs, I recommend: condoms.

I am a police officer and I coordinate the officers' correspondence with young people aged 7 and 8 from risk groups. At the end of the school year I make police themed gift sets for kids.
