easy/quick to assemble well packed as described online all parts arrived (in the past I have bought things to assemble with missing screws or broken parts). Don't get 5 stars because the caps protect the end of the legs/or the bottom and make gliding easier, the front legs are different than the back legs - the front legs are like transparent spheres (and invisible). Hind legs are like white flat pills and the worst thing is that they are VISIBLE. So it looks pretty ugly with the white rubber showing when the legs are dark! I will paint them. But the legs are pretty delicate too - the dark shade only came off when touching the ground during assembly. The seat is comfortable and stylish, and the fabric is nice - not as bulky as other Berger/Wingback models on sale. on any other site.
