I really like them. Keep in mind that some exfoliation is required if you want perfect results, so they may not be suitable for people with sensitive skin. To get the maximum benefit, soak in hot water in the shower (or sit in a bath) for a few minutes to soften dead skin. Then start rubbing the towel over your skin with good pressure. After a few touches you'll find that all the dead skin is stuck together (horrible I know). Keep rubbing until you're satisfied with the disgusting amount of skin that's being removed from your body. In fact, these things work wonders.
