When I first got it I followed the directions on how to use the machine. They were easy to follow, but when I added water to the max line, water started dripping onto the bottom of the machine. There was also water in the battery compartment which is dangerous so I had to dry it out. I thought I did something wrong and tried again adding water below the max mark but it happened again. Then when I used it, the machine didn't cool my room as advertised. To feel something, I had to have it right in front of me. I left it running all night to cool my room but it did nothing. To be honest it's not worth the money.
