Review on Yuanshikj Industrial Shelving Bookshelf Improvement by Jim Bethea

Really interesting project!

This was a really fun shelving project that the handyman and I managed to complete in just a few hours. I have a vintage 1940's kitchen where space is a priority. I pre-ordered materials for the tube shelves and was initially disappointed that they didn't come with the shelves, but I was able to get a 12 x 20 board from a home store and cut it into 4 pieces. Painted and assembled in a few hours. Note: There was an extra clamp - which is actually a plumbing piece - we had to use this to attach the shelves to the pipes. It's only available in raw silver, but we were able to paint it black and it matches the piping beautifully. This is my master's favorite thing he has ever done in my house. He took tons of photos and I have to say it turned out great. As for the cost, he thought the price was good. If you tried to make whistles yourself you would spend a lot more. Even without the shelves I would say it was a good purchase and we are very happy with the results.
