Bought a 'new' car but was sent a used car that didn't work! it was scuffed and scratched in many places - even the scissors that came with the accessory kit are used and scratched! The needle didn't come back far enough to thread it, so I had to take the needle out, thread it, and replace it. The original needle in the machine was bent at the tip so it broke - didn't stitch at all and broke 4 more needles. We have a very busy costume department in a theater with limited space so we wanted a laptop but it never worked! I had to send back
