Does NOT work in Fahrenheit!

The product information says it can switch to Fahrenheit, but there is no information on how to do this. It has an "Instruction Manual" that simply explains what the manufacturer sees as a benefit. There are no operating instructions in this operating manual! Wow, now I have to send the stuff back because it has no product attributes.
