Easy installation of software and all staff working very hard trying meet your expectations - they couldn't have been more helpful! There was nothing that I didn't like about our use during this process from set up through implementation, support after launch until now at maintenance time (mainly just needing patches). We are no longer using it but had great relationships with both employees there so if you're looking for a reliable partner who's going to go above & beyond we would definitely recommend them.- Single cloud platform allows quick integration into other systems where needed or can be used separately which also makes life easier when migrating away! I like that it syncs with my Google Calendar so easily! The user interface can be hard for someone who isn't used to using Microsoft Outlook or Gmail (which most people aren't). Also there's not much customization of colors since everything seems very similar looking. It makes scheduling meetings easier as well! That you don't have to rely solely on other apps such as Skype if your office doesn't offer video conferencing.
