Great Customer Service Even With Remote Employees

I like how easy it was for me as well our staff members from other states who were remote employees with us at this time of year! It could be so much better if you had more options when looking through your emails or having them sent out automatically that way we don't have all those old messages waiting till after new years day (or before) then hitting delete just because they weren’t important enough!! Nothing really but maybe give people some suggestions about what else there may not already

  • Ability get help quickly whenever needed, good response rate very quick turnaround is nice compared others.no wait period between responses..also great communication style !!!! :)

Easy to use, reliable, and helpful staff - couldn't recommend more!

Easy installation of software and all staff working very hard trying meet your expectations - they couldn't have been more helpful! There was nothing that I didn't like about our use during this process from set up through implementation, support after launch until now at maintenance time (mainly just needing patches). We are no longer using it but had great relationships with both employees there so if you're looking for a reliable partner who's going to go above & beyond we would definitely…

Great Cloud solution- great support

I like that it has so many different features for my business needs! The customer service team are amazing as well - they really go above & beyond what you would expect from any other provider out there (even when we're not paying them!). It's very easy to use too which makes life easier if your staff aren't tech savvy or have never used cloud services before. There isn’t anything at this time i dislike about logix but maybe just getting more people using our product? We've been looking into…

Good all rounder solution good value and great support

I like that it can be used for multiple purposes because of its versatility but also has features specific towards security/compliance which are important when you’re working within regulated industries (financial services etc.). It does however have some limitations with regards data storage so there could potentially need more space if required by other solutions or tools being integrated into your account e g Office 365 Integration where Microsoft requires certain amount allocated per month

This platform brings consistency between various teams

The system is quite flexible and allows us to connect with our customers via multiple channels. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. It's been a while since I used it but when we needed support they were there for us. You can't get anything wrong by using this product. We use it as a customer communication tool and it does its job well. We have not found any downsides to the product. It has allowed us to stay connected to our customers and provide them with customer service options…
