This was a very flattering swimsuit! The sapphire blue is very classy and was my DH's fav. I really liked it, too. I think it runs true to size or maybe even a "tad" large. I honestly expected it to fit my 11 year old granddaughter, because many items that I order are typically too small even though I go by the sizing recommendations. I wear a 14/16 in jeans, usually get a 2X in dresses/tops so they aren't too tight. It was maybe a tiny bit small on the top, but not much. I'm a DD so that REALLY surprised me! Because the cups come up a bit high, and there is enough fabric, I didn't feel naked. It was modest enough. What a relief! Like other reviewers, the cup liners are odd, don't cover the entire cup and are a bit fiddly, but that was a minor irritation, only. I wore this swimsuit to the beach, went out into the surf, played with grandchildren, fell down a few times (ok, a lot!) in the waves :-) and the swimsuit stayed put. I never felt uncovered. The back didn't ride up, the top didn't come down. I wasn't tugging at the swimsuit; I could just enjoy playing. This was a great buy and didn't make me feel dreadful for having to order a XXXXXXXXL to fit an average American hour-glass body.
