Finding a good vegan or dairy-free protein powder can be extremely difficult because there are so many things to consider: taste, quality of ingredients, grams of protein per serving, cost and value, Miscibility and reaction organism. Below is a summary of my thoughts on each of these metrics: Flavor: 3/5 - Could be better, could be worse. Add some honey or some really flavorful nut milk and you can mostly mask that chalky taste. Ingredient quality: 5/5 - nothing but healthy plant proteins, no soy and lots of amino acids. Protein Per Serving: 4/5 - The downside to plant-based proteins is that you're not getting as many grams of protein per serving. However, this is still higher than most vegan protein powders. It's not a big bath, and if you're trying to up your protein intake, you can get through the bath pretty quickly, which can get expensive. I got it on sale or with 5-10% coupons which helps a bit. Miscibility: 4/5 - not sure what the word is but you know what I mean. I can easily mix this powder in milk or water with my blender bottle and the consistency is usually pretty smooth. You will get bits/balls here and there but way better than other vegan powders. Body Response: 5/5 - no indigestion or digestive problems. No acne breakouts. No drowsiness or trouble sleeping. And I see the results of extra protein intake; My arms and quads are noticeably bigger. Overall about 4 out of 5 :) Hope this helps!
