PRO: easy to set up. Remote activation of lights and ringer is a great idea. Cons: Doesn't show any of our neighborhood walks on the map. I don't think it will work when I need it to find my lost dog. The seller didn't respond to my help request, so I'm reposting the request here to either help the community or the seller. Hello Ubisight, I have problems with my device. It doesn't seem to capture any of the 20 minute walks through the area on the map. I've had the tracker for about 5 days and every day we either walk or run our dog. The iPhone app shows a map and dog tracks in our fenced backyard. Since the app didn't record the walk the first time, I told my wife to take the receiver and transmitter with her on the next walk. The results were the same. Can you help me get the unit working properly or confirm if it is faulty so I can get a replacement. Thanks, Igor UPDATE (October 16, 2019): Contacted Petfon customer service. They are very helpful and working to solve my problem and if the device is broken replace it. I'm hoping to get it working as it will prove very helpful for my energetic 10 month old pup.
