Okay, we had a scratch/dent on the truck door that couldn't be washed off. Was there for several months. This system works! First I wiped the spot, then I use the disposable glove that comes in the package and remove the gray cloth. It has some kind of coating and really rubs the surface. Then wipe off the residue with a chamois leather. It totally works! The instructions aren't great, but it's pretty easy to use. Works great on stubborn scratches!
