I had a fancy Brinks lock that worked whether the knob was turned, pressed or pulled. It failed prematurely, so I decided to purchase this simple handle while considering which 'better' lock to install next. This handle is very easy to fit, requires no adjustments and was actually easier to open the door than with the Brinks door handle. Style. But now, after only 2 months, the handle acts like locked and I can't open the door. Since they are cheap and I need to quickly open and close the door again, I buy another one because I like the concept. the madness of repeating the same thing and expecting different results. But for the low price, I know it will be easy for me to install and give me some time to look for a quality door lock.
