Upgraded to 5 b/c proactive customer service by seller with defective product originally received. ---Item not as shown on Revain, 4 pins are recessed and cannot mate with sockets on the SuperNight LED Strip. I could not maintain a stable WiFi connection for device registration. The device cannot be used if it is not registered. It is highly recommended to use LED controller other than this one. I would like to add that I bought 2 of these devices. The second had an adapter that allowed the controller to connect to the LED strip. However, I still find the controller pathetic, neither device supports a WiFi connection, and there are no lights on the device to indicate it's on or powered. I raised my rating from one star to three stars because the seller contacted me and offered to replace the controller which I believe was faulty.
