I've only been playing for 8 months and have only played with Paddletek Phoenix Pro. I missed a lot of shots and now I haven't missed anything. My biggest enemy right now is my footwork and mental play. I got comments like "You are so FAST" and "I don't know how you do that?" and "How do you generate so many SPINs?". To be honest I put everything into this paddle. I have table tennis experience and this racket weighs about the size of a table tennis bat. I give it to my wife and get a Neutron that's even lighter (I know I do, but the difference is so small she'll never notice the difference). Know that this is not a power paddle, but rather steering and spinning. It's incredibly thin and light. What I like best is the fact that it's thin. This ensures unprecedented agility and ping-pong-like response times. The textured surface gives you incredible control and spin (so much fun for a ping pong player) and I feel that removing the bevel expands the playing surface and makes spin that much easier.
