Heavy dirt in the detergent
The product is VERY sticky and thick. It's so thick that it doesn't flow into the laundry from the tray, it just sits there. It takes 3-4 consecutive washing cycles to completely empty the dispenser. I figured if the solution was thinner it might work. I added about 1/2 cup of water to the bottle and shook it. To my surprise, it didn't affect the sticky consistency. The smell is great but useless to me and I regret the purchase.
