Review on 🚀 K&N Cold Air Intake Kit for 2015-2016 Dodge 6.2L V8: High Performance, Guaranteed to Boost Horsepower (Charger, Challenger) - 69-2550TTK by John Thawngzauk

Please note - this shot is specific to 2015 and 2016. I just installed it and the installation was very easy and very quick. It took me about half an hour from start to finish and I didn't watch any tutorial videos or anything, just followed the instructions. You will need a pair of 10mm spanners/sockets, 8mm spanners/sockets, Phillips head screwdriver, flat head screwdriver and appropriately sized torx/hex bits to remove the factory MAF sensor and secure it with the small screws provided to reinstall the set. K&N kit. Essentially hand tools that should already be in every do-it-yourselfer's garage. The bonus is that it comes with a removable rain cover should you get caught in the rain, so the hood vent prevents water from saturating the filter. It's not waterproof, but better than nothing in an emergency. Seriously, this is the best mod I've ever made on a machine, possibly ever. The sound difference on my Challenger Hellcat is insane. It's like a new car now. Step on the gas, watch those necks pop For the guy who said the air intake didn't fit, I can tell from your photos that you didn't install it properly. There is a strut that mounts to a metal shield that should mount in the place where the factory bolt holding the factory lower airbox in place was. Read the instructions. Yours is just tucked next to it, so it looks like it won't fit. For the guy who said the intake manifold has a hole for something the works car doesn't have - your car must have been modified to route the crankcase breather hose to a different location (have a trap?) or you have receive an incorrect reception. This hole is for the crankcase ventilation hose valve sensor (see step 4 in removal instructions and step 18 in reinstallation instructions). Make sure your car is 2015 or 2016 and the kit they sent you is 69-2550.
