Received on 05/01/21. Wasn't a big fan of the feel, the lip on my back made me pick it up and repeatedly hold it wrong. But then. 5/3/21, last night, with screen protectors on both the front window and rear camera glass of my Note 20 Ultra, in this case I dropped the phone while getting out of the car. He hit the edge of the door frame and the concrete underneath landed perfectly flat on his back. 100% flat surface. The back glass is broken and covered with spiders. I can't take a picture without lines and I can't use a flash at all. The upper right and lower corners of the front panel are cracked. This case did nothing to prevent damage to my phone and it's inconvenient to use. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Luckily I have insurance and the money to pay the $150 deductible so AT&T will send me a new phone. I will also be purchasing a case, hopefully one that will prevent at least some damage if the phone falls 3.5 inches in the air.
