Wouldn't hit the wall. It's terrible.

I got a couple of them with frames that I bought and was thinking of taking them for other things, bad idea. Metal spikes don't move when hit with a hammer. I didn't manage to get them, my husband then tried and the whole hanger just went through the drywall. So that the clip does not fall on you and the mind does not move from the starting point and destroy our wall. Terrible. So crazy.
