Review on Stratagem The Master'S Tome 4-Panel Customizable GM Screen With Free Inserts – Dry Erase, Dungeon & Game Master Accessory For Tabletop RPG Campaigns (Red) by Jennifer Lawson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Handy dandy versatile DM screen

I bought this a year ago, and it has served quite well as a barrier, as a dry erase notepad, as a sleeve for page inserts. It spent most of the year left standing at my game table, but I've had to replace it as the material connecting the sections has managed to wear out and tear- leaving me with two distinct booklets, and if I keep using it I'll just have four separate panels. The screen fits 8.5"x11" pages just fine, so you can use your own inserts. It comes with a couple of extremely useful cheat sheets. I would absolutely recommend this item for someone looking for their first or a low cost great value option for DM screens. I'm probably going to finish separating the sections and handing them out to my players so they can use dry erase markers instead of burning through pencils and character sheets, and give them a little spill resistance.

Pros
  • The Master's Tome GM Screen is designed with maximum functionality in mind, making it both practical and versatile
Cons
  • Not portable enough for on-the-go gameplay
