This computer works well if you don't want to connect to the internet. He just doesn't keep in touch. We use WIFI in our house with many other laptops, kindles, printers etc which connect with no other issues. When I contacted Dell customer support, they ran a diagnostic check and told me the hardware was fine, so the problem must be with the software. They told me I would have to pay $99 per minute. to have looked at. THIS IS A BRAND NEW COMPUTER! We've had this problem since we first started it a week and a half ago. We bought Dell because we were told they have really good tech support. I do not think so. We'll send it back.
