I like that it's easy for me as an accountant/business owner who has limited technical knowledge (and no training) with this software! It also makes accounting much easier than using Excel spreadsheets alone - but there are still some things we're missing out in terms of features available compared to our competitors' offerings.
If you have someone at your organization capable enought o learn howto use these programs well then they will find them very useful!! Make sure whoever does train people knows what he / she needs before hiring him so nothing gets lost along translation from English into French language during implementation phase. Our financial statements were not being prepared properly because all transactions would get recorded under one account instead if each individual customer was having its own separate accounts created within their transaction logins etc...
