The ease in which it integrates into your current system makes this software so efficient! It has helped us work more effectively as an organization while not having any negative impact on our production workflow because we didn't have to hire additional people for these processes either! There isn’t anything that I dislike about Laiyebased automation at all really. This may be due to working with such great support from within the team or maybe just knowing what you are doing already but my issues were taken care off immediately when they arose. We used Excel first before implementing using this tool. While we had some initial challenges integrating data directly between them and creating formulas that made sense, once those got sorted out everything was smooth sailing after that point! I like that it's easy to use. It's intuitive and has a good learning curve. The customer support is also great. There are some minor glitches in the UI, but nothing too bad. We were looking for an easy way to onboard new employees without having to spend a ton of time training them. This tool made this process quick and easy.
