Arrived well packaged so I never realized it was used. It took us many months to find someone to hang it from our 18ft ceiling. The connecting cable was severed and frayed. All parts were in a torn package. Not having another fan as an option, we decided to give it a try. The remote control didn't work. We were able to turn on the fan, but only very slowly, as soon as the light came on, the fan stopped working. We have worked hard to make it work by checking the instructions and emailing the manufacturer, there is no phone number or company information. We ended up taking it off and running to Lowe's to buy something new. The manufacturer replied a day later stating that they did not have an order with that order number. Cozy!
