It's amazing how much more I can do with them than just testing applications! They've helped me figure out what my next steps will be when it comes time to write up findings/reports from our tests, have put together presentations that really help us sell their service (as opposed to simply saying "we test apps"), etc. Their staff has been very helpful throughout this process; they make sure we understand everything so there aren't any questions later down the road once things get implemented or reported back on by management. Definitely take advantage if possible - especially since pricing seems reasonable compared other services around town. We used Includsec during an internal audit last year after some issues arose internally regarding one of our products' vulnerabilities & risk assessment was needed at scale across multiple teams within Atlassian Community Cloud product line.
